The pace of change in technology, business, and government continues to accelerate, and states are feeling the impact of change in the planning, execution, and implementation of HHS software application and technology upgrade projects. Using organizational change management principles and strategies can assist your staff in making the transition to new performance models and improve the adoption rate of changed operational procedures. Anticipating uncertainty during initial project planning and implementing OCM throughout the project life cycle better equips staff to adapt and reduce the challenges that come with change.
